Fusi Motaung

B Tech HRM, SDF & PGD in Business Management

Fusi Motaung specialises in the business strategy development and HR planning alignment. He integrates employment equity, workplace diversity, skills development, and community sustainability to bolster B-BBEE scorecards and HR value creation. To drive business success, Fusi develops and implements user-friendly performance management systems with clear-cut performance outcomes. He also presides over the disciplinary inquiries with focus on cost-saving and morale boosting resolution outcomes and trains managers on handling discipline in the workplace. 

Fusi collaborates with training service providers and SETAs to prepare South Africa’s workforce. To drive employability, he implements job search and work readiness training workshops to develop relevant and fit for work talent pool.

Fusi is a published author (2020) of the book titled: Who Got the Job Ahead of You? The Ways and Habits of People Who Get Jobs. Fusi founded employability mentorship platform. Through it, he connects the unemployed with the working professionals for smarter employment search and career coaching. Fusi has successfully implemented HR for organisations in mining, higher education, manufacturing, government, FMCG, and in the ICT sectors.

Thandi Pino


Thandi Pino is a Public Procurement Specialist and facilitator with over 17 years of experience. She is the founder and CEO of Ntakha Consulting, which specializes in Procurement Consulting and Facilitation. She holds an MBA in corporate governance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA). 

Her experience in governance structures spans over thirteen years as chairperson of the bid specifications committee, chairperson of the bid evaluation committee, and an advisor to the bid adjudication committee. She is a member of the audit committee and tender committee of various public sector organizations. 

She has a sound knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, BBBEE Act, PPPFA, and CIDB Act. Her qualifications are MBA (GIBS), PGDip (GIBS), Diploma in Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Management Advanced Programme (WBS), Diploma Logistics (UJ), B Tech Financial Information Systems (VUT) and Diploma Financial Information Systems (VUT).

Thantaswa Tunzi

Thantaswa Tunzi specialises in designing bespoke employment equity, diversity and inclusion management, gender equality mainstreaming development, and B-BBEE strategies. 

She is on board to apply further her successful track record of identifying systematic organisational challenges for transformation, defining development and change pathways through advising and supporting executives and management principals to own change processes. 

She has overseen complementary interventions including learnerships, persons with disability programmes, recruitment, training and development and stakeholder management across various business units and clusters in corporate South Africa for 18 years.

Msizi Nzama

BA Honours Applied Psychology & MBA

Msizi Nzama specialises in strategic HRM development and implementation. He is on board to apply further his capabilities of 17 years across consulting, B-BBEE businesses and blue-chip corporate sectors. He specialises in delivering HR policy development and implementation, industrial relations, negotiations, dispute resolution at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. 

Msizi is an experienced HR executive having led HR management teams in Africa operations delivering expatriate support, work study, organisational development (job grading and evaluation) culture survey, skills audit, talent management, performance management, rewards, and remuneration. Msizi is the lead payroll services provider.
